There were other diseases out there. Diseases in the ice. Under the mud. In the seafloor. Things humanity hadn’t been exposed to in thousands of years.
Every wave prompted a new area, of growth, or decline.
But we learned, as a species, how to edit our own pathways, and to conserve our Momentum through the universe.

‘Mom, I want milk!’ her son said, tugging at her shirt.
‘Get some from the fridge.’
As I was saying - Once humanity learned, the ins and outs of these diseases and viral structures, we learned to craft our own future. Disease became less of a problem, and more of an evolutionary tool to be utilized.
