In the midst of the night,
Under a star-less light,
I felt my heart beating, as I crouched hidden, out of sight.
But as the starless light shone down,
I saw them leering with their frowns,
So I wiped them off, nice and good without a sound.
For I don’t listen when I’m told,
And when I’m bidden I get bold,
No strings will hang from me, and my actions can’t be sold.
So I called forth my Dark Light,
And on them it shone bright,
Baring their treachery and all of its unholy might.
And the Dark Light cleanses them,
Into new and better men,
A never ending cycle, that spins, and spins again.
